The
factory is assigned by the Ministry of Information Industry
a fixed one for printed-circuit substrate production in
China and is an entity of integration of scientific research,
production and managem-ent as a whole in electronic field.
The specialized and seriate prod-uction lines with considerable
scale production capacity have been t-aken shape since
the foundation of the factory year after year.The m-ain
series of products: Woven-glass PTFE and microwave composite-die-lectric
substrates-mainly woven-glass PTFE copper-clad substrates
and microwave composite-dielectric substrates.These products
are suitable for the use in aviation-astronavigation,
satellite communications,na-vigation, radar, textile,
dress and rood areas. The microwave printe-d-circuit substrate
have been chosen as highly rated products through all
the previous Conferences on MIC out CAD Technology held
by the Chinese Institute of Electronics. The Ministry
of Electri-cal Machinery appraised the quality of the
microwave printed-circuit, substrates and approved the
license for the production of them in 1987. This Kind
of products has won a prize of high-class, product in
the Second National Exhibition on Electronic Materials,
production Equipment for printed-circuit Board and Technological
Techniques. The factory's successful supply of n-ational
major projects with necessary accessories has been commended
by the Ministry of Electrical Machinery and the Ministry
of Astronavigation for many years and the factory has
been also chosen as an enterprise of "Faithful to
It's Contracts and to It's Promise" over the successive
13 years. With the development of high scientific techniques
in China, The equipment of the factory has been reformed
in technological techniques concentrating on the improvement
of product quality. The production re-quirement has been
renewed completely. All workshops have been imported from
abroad and specified high scientific technical subjects
on production technological techniques have been studied
by the efforts of universities and colleges as well as
res-earch institutes nation-wide, Therefore the product
quality has been made on up grade steadily, All these
have made the elec-trical performances of products consistent,
especially the dielectric loss to be reached a level of
denied values in theory.
The products ate fond of and have been well received
by the customers at home and abroad.
